Latest silly thing...
Sometimes I get into a routine of doing things, buying washing up liquid every time I go into the supermarket, that kind of thing. Well, at this moment in time, I am going through a frenzy of washing clothes, but the frenzy is not limited to clothes. The latest score is car keys - once, money - several different notes, and my piece de resistance? My bloomin' mobile phone. How stupid is that?
Oh, and I have lost my camera - again...

Tami, give me a thing and I can lose it within seconds - scatty is my middle name!
The phone now receives calls, but there is no display, so text messages are a goner!

Thank-you, that's kind, but... the screen is starting to work again! I would never have dreamt that a mobile phone could survive a full washing cycle at 40degrees, with all the clunking around - the marvels of modern science!
And probably eco-friendly washing powder!
Too true!! Next I want to get one of the balls that you put in the machine - they have had a very good write up, my next visit to Worcs is going to be an enormous shop in Lakeland plastic and then Mr Linley! Ridiculous to the sublime?
I've been using the ball that Lakeland sell for years - saves money, the environment AND doesn't take up any room either! And the stain stick isn't bad either! Also it does actually wash the clothes too which I find useful. You may well find it lasts for years too, I have a replacement waitng to take over whenever it gets down to the last line.
I cannot believe you washed your phone!!
