It does not seem right...

to post my holiday pictures without even mentioning the awful disasters that have happened recently. The Iraqis who died in the engendered panic whilst following their religious practices and the American sufferers in the southern states. The world seems to be very hard on some people and my thoughts are with them, even though as I write it I realise it is a platititude. The word helpless comes to mind in this situtaion - for the victims and those of us on the sidelines.
